Custom Furniture

Since custom furniture is made specifically to your requirements, we do not offer refunds once production has started. However, we will work with you to rectify any manufacturing defects.

Ready-Made Items

Items from our ready stock can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% may apply.

Repair Services

Service charges are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with a repair, please report it within 48 hours, and we will re-service the item free of cost.

Damaged on Arrival

Please inspect the item at the time of delivery. If damage is found, return it immediately with the delivery team for a free replacement.
